17 July 2017 The Official Opening of V-Residensi 5 Sales Gallery

SELAYANG, 15 JULY 2017 – Kicking off its marketing campaign for its V-Residensi 5 Serviced Apartments, B&G Property, today held the official opening of the Sales Gallery for its latest property development project.


Present to officiate the ceremony was Dato’ Soo Kai Chee, Sales & Marketing Director of B&G Property.


“This marks yet another chapter for our company in Selayang, as we have successfully completed several other developments within the vicinity,” said Dato’ Soo adding that this latest project features spacious built-ups mainly targeting families and young couples.


V-Residensi 5 consists of 240 serviced apartment units. Each of these spacious units has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with spacious built-ups from 1,203 sqft to 1,683 sqft, suitable for the families. Each unit also comes with 2 to 3 car parks depending on the unit type.


It is strategically located along the Jalan Kuching Main Road, allowing easy access to KL City and is served by many the amenities that the Selayang town has to offer including government offices, Selayang hospital, UiTM campus, shopping malls and hypermarket.


The V-Residensi 5 Sales Gallery and show unit is open for viewing daily, 10am-6pm.

A Family & Friends Night Gathering was organized by B&G Property in Selayang for our past purchasers in V-Residensi @ Selayang Heights, T-Parkland @ Templer Park & others in the area.


Delicious food were served allowing our guests had a great time of fellowship while enjoying the live band during the event.


6 May 2017 162 Residency Family & Friends Night

A Family & Friends Night was organized exclusively for B&G Property’s past purchasers in 162 Residency as an expression of appreciation towards these purchasers who supported B&G Property in the past.


More than 300 of our guests who turned up enjoyed the food and the live band that was arranged. While the children were having a fun time with the clown; the adults were catching up B&G Property’s staff members, giving feedback on the residential units they purchased from the developer.


It was very meaningful for B&G Property as a developer knowing that our past purchasers are living happily in the residential homes we developed.

5 May 2017 Best International Destination Development” at PIPDA Awards 2017

KUALA LUMPUR, 5 MAY 2017 - d’Pristine @ Medini, an integrated mixed development by B&G Property has been awarded as the “Best International Destination Development” at the Property Insight Prestigious Developer Awards (PIPDA) 2017, held at the Majestic Hotel.

19 Feb 2016 Banker’s Appreciation Dinner @ SkyPalace

An appreciation dinner was held for B&G Property’s banking partners on 19th February 2016 in Sky Palace Restaurant, One City. The dinner was held to thank and build a stronger relationship with these bankers who have been providing financial assistance for B&G Property’s projects, and providing loans to its buyers.


The dinner was graced by Dato’ Danny Goh, B&G Group Managing Director; Dato’ Soo Kai Chee, Executive Director of B&G Group; and Dato’ Law Boon Hee, Executive Director of B&G Group.


The best dishes were served to the honored guests, and fun activities such as karaoke night fostered relationships that are beyond business association between the hosts and the guests.

14 Feb 2016 B&G CSR Campaign to Ephrata Home

In B&G Property, we take an extra mile in giving back to the society. On 14th February 2016, B&G Property organized a visitation to the Ephrata Home orphanage in Rawang on 14th to show love and care to the needy children.


The children in Ephrata home who were mostly made up of ages 7-12 had a great time singing and dancing with B&G Property’s Sales & Marketing team, but what made their day was the knowledge that there are people who care about them.


The orphanage was also blessed with a donation of RM1, 000 along with other gifts such as mandarin oranges, cakes and other daily supplies.


It was truly a Valentine’s Day well spent for the B&G team, showing love to those who need it the most.

13 Feb 2016 T-Parkland CNY Open House

During the Chinese New Year season, B&G Property held an open house at T-Parkland Bungalow @ Templer Park on 13th February, inviting the neighborhood to join in the auspicious celebration.


The Chinese Paper Cutting master and “Choi San” (God of Prosperity) invited by the hosts filled the open house with the Chinese New Year spirit. The serenity and splendor of living in T-Parkland by a lake while backed by dewy lush mountain rainforests entranced the guests in an ambience like that of a classical Chinese film.


B&G Property also invited a food truck to provide food for their guests as they were mingling around.

29 Jan 2016 B&G Property Sales Gallery Grand Opening

The grand opening of B&G Property Gallery was held on 29th January 2016 in One City, Subang Jaya. B&G Property’s business associates, staffs and also a huge crowd came to give their support during the grand opening.


The gallery was officially opened by Dato’ Danny Goh, B&G Group Managing Director; Dato’ Soo Kai Chee, Executive Director of B&G Group; and Dato’ Law Boon Hee, Executive Director of B&G Group.


“We hope that this gallery will serve as an embodiment of our company’s commitment in what we do so that we are able to give people the confidence in our business”, said Dato’ Soo.


The lion dance performance during the ceremony kept the crowd entertained, but what impressed the crowd most was the newly opened sales gallery and the properties on sale by B&G Property.

29 Jan 2016 B&G Group Annual Dinner 2016 @ OneCity Grand Ballroom, Subang Jaya

B&G Group held its Annual Dinner on 29th January 2016 in the Grand Ballroom of One City, Subang Jaya. The dinner was graced by Tan Sri Barry Goh, Founder of B&G Group; Dato’ Danny Goh; B&G Group Managing Director, the board of directors and staffs from all B&G Group and its subsidiaries.


What stood out the most was that everyone was dressed up as construction workers to match the theme “The Builder”, making the crowd looked like an army of construction workers. There were even bizarre and daring costumes worn by individuals who were trying to win the most creative costume award.


Another highlight of the dinner was the Long Service Awards to the 12 employees who had been faithfully serving B&G Group for the past 10 and 15 years. B&G Group felt the necessity to honor the contribution of these loyal personnel with a token of appreciation given by Dato’ Danny Goh, the B&G Group Managing director himself.


To allow the staff members to sit back and enjoy a memorable annual dinner, B&G Group brought in many extraordinary performances that kept the crowd in awe, such as the Noise Percussion, J&S Studio and Mad Sally. The Dinner was also emceed by Melvin Aeria, a fun and engaging emcee who was able to maintain the crowd’s hype throughout the night.


There were other activities during the dinner such as a lucky draw, and Most Creative Costume Competition, photo booth.

23 Jan 2016 Putra Heights Linear Park Groundbreaking Ceremony

As an effort to support Majlis Pembandaran Subang Jaya(MPSJ) to improve the wellbeing of the community, B&G Property together with MPSJ and Sime Darby co-sponsored and co-organized the Putra Heights Linear Park Groundbreaking Ceremony in The Glades, Putra Heights on 23rd January 2016.


This was a privilege for B&G Property to be able to partner with the local authority to improve the community of Putra Heights where Kingsley Hills is situated. Dato’ Danny Goh, B&G Group Managing Director attended the ceremony with B&G Group Founder, Tan Sri Barry Goh.


B&G Property also co-organized the “Green Ride” cycling event in conjunction with the groundbreaking ceremony to raise public awareness about MPSJ’s “Green City 2030” plan.

15 Jan 2016 D Pristine Medini Sells its Medini Grade A Office to PHB

Developer, D Pristine Medini Sdn Bhd (a wholly owned subsidiary of B&G Capital Resources Sdn Bhd) has entered into a sales and purchase agreement with Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB) to sell its Grade-A Office Tower component of its d’Pristine@Medini project located in Johor. The sale of the 32-storey office building to the government agency was concluded on 15 January 2016.


Dubbed d’Pristine Tower, the office building is part of the 8.42-acre integrated mixed development, d’Pristine@Medini that also comprises 2 SOFO towers, a 4-star hotel, and and interconnected lifestyle mall.
