PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS / PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS

At B&G Property (B&G Global Property Sdn Bhd) (f.k.a. B&G Concept Engineering), we value the personal data and privacy of our customers and prospective customers. This Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy is issued to all our customers and prospective customers, pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA") coming into force. It sets out how B&G Property collects, uses and protects your personal information which you have provided to B&G Property.

The term “B&G Property”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to B&G Property, its subsidiaries, associates, affiliates and/or members within the B&G Group of companies.

1. How B&G Property collects your Personal Data

2. What Personal Data does B&G Property collect

When you transact with B&G Property, we may collect a variety of your Personal Data, which may include your :-

details of your visits to B&G Property’s show units and/or website;
information of your agents to enable B&G Property to provide marketing and promotional materials in relation to B&G Property and its products;

Other relevant information as such to enable B&G Property to provide you with our services and products.

3. How B&G Property uses your Personal Data

By providing any of your Personal Data to B&G Property whether via online or otherwise, you hereby agree that we shall collect, retain and use the Personal Data for the following purposes:

B&G Property do not sell, rent, or lease our customer information to third parties. We may however share and/or disclose your personal information to third parties in the following circumstances:

for purposes of providing B&G Property’s services to you;
where B&G Property is required to do so by law, any stock exchange regulation or any binding judgment, order or requirement of any court or other competent authority;
to our business partners and affiliates that provide related services or products in connection with our business;
